Job Opening: Project Manager-Researcher

RESET is seeking to hire 1 Project Manager-Researcher who will be responsible for facilitating and executing the work required by the projects that the Centre is running. The new position is open for full-time engagement. Successful candidates will be offered an attractive remuneration package in accordance with their qualifications and experience.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Excellent writing skills in English and Greek
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Dynamic personality with strong teamwork skills
  • Experience in training adults, youth, professionals and non-formal audiences
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and take initiatives

The Duties and Responsibilities of the Position

  • Prepare EU research proposals, grant applications, and National tenders
  • Conduct literature reviews and prepare research/policy reports
  • Conduct fieldwork research (interviews, survey research, observations, focus groups)
  • Prepare data collection instruments and collect and analyze data
  • Facilitate the organization of workshops and dissemination activities
  • Travel to attend project meetings, conferences and trainings
  • Manage projects and offer administrative support for research projects
  • Prepare and deliver project presentations and trainings
  • Execute any other duty and responsibility assigned by the Management Team

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Masters in any field related to social sciences/humanities. A PhD would be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience with EU funded projects in a similar position
  • Demonstrable knowledge in any of the following domains: Social justice, social inclusion, youth empowerment, adult learning, capacity-building, migration, entrepreneurship.
  • A proven track record of successful project implementation
