Description
The Electrolengua initiative is aimed towards educators who teach online language classes. The project’s goal is to provide teachers with a free, simple-to-use resource that is enjoyable to use and exhibits the kind of creativity that online language educators may showcase by utilizing the resources accessible on the internet.
Objectives
to train language educators who do not have formal qualifications to use their talents, abilities, and skills to improve their life prospects and strive toward a secure future by teaching online.
to allow instructors with family caregiving duties to undertake a peer-led course of study that is tailored to their needs and to promote networking with colleagues language teachers from around Europe.
to prepare all project participants, including but not limited to teachers who facilitate language acquisition in physical schools, online institutions, and independently, to teach online.
to increase online job opportunities for language instructors, to reduce disability and age-related prejudice by providing accessible routes to employment, and to provide job chances for migrants working as teaching aids or NGO support workers. The strengthening of the revenue potential is one of the potential long-term effects.
