Cordoba, Spain – Emerging Cypriot filmmaker Alex David Constantin lit up the screens at the GreenViDialogue European Short Film Festival in Córdoba, Spain, taking home 1st prize with his participatory short film “Like Father, Like Daughter.”
The festival showcased five short films by young creators from Cyprus, Italy, Spain, France, and Greece, each using their camera as a voice for climate justice. All films were produced within the contestants’ local communities using participatory video methodology, giving an authentic look at youth perspectives on environmental action.
The finalists of the festival shortlisted from over 80 young participants who took part in GreenViDialogue trainings – covering filmmaking, framing, editing essentials, storytelling, climate resources and best practise examples from renowned participatory video filmmakers.
