FEMSTEM aims to promote the participation of women in STEM fields of study by creating bridges of collaboration between STEM students, higher education institutions and the industry.
FEMSTEM aims to promote the participation of women in STEM fields of study by creating bridges of collaboration between STEM students, higher education institutions and the industry. FEMSTEM will foster an industry-driven mentoring framework for STEM women students in higher education, promote inclusion and diversity as it is geared towards addressing the under-representation of women in STEM fields through a roadmap of activities, and apply a digitised and video-based approaches to enhance the creation and innovative use of digital education content.

*An Educators toolkit in 4 languages (EN, ES, GR, LT) containing interactive, narrative-based digital resources and activities on STEM careers pathways, Success stories, Gender stereotypes in STEM education. *20 VlogTalks (video-based narratives) co-created with STEM Industry and Academic women experts, for professional driven mentoring and career orientation. *.A multilingual online interactive platform for hosting all project resources and additional features such as the Mentors Zone. *Four national FEMSTEM Bridge camps with 80 women STEM students and 20 FEMSTEM mentors *20 FEMSTEM Mentorship and Work Shadowing Placements * Transnational multi-stakeholder virtual FEMSTEM Summit
