Theory of Change for the Inclusion of Women Migrants in VET
Description
The InclusionToc project aims to include migrant women in the field of VET using Theory of Change (TOC)
Objectives
- Upskilling of VET staff and trainers to use the Theory of Change
- Enhancement of soft and leadership skills in migrant women
- Increase awareness about barriers due to migrant and gender inequality in VET staff and trainers
- Aid VET organisation in the use of participatory methods as well as the application of Theory of Change in VET Institutions
- Migrant women to be presented as role modules in their community through their empowerment and acquirement of soft and leadership skills
