The goal of the 18-month Erasmus+ project MenoPower

The goal of the 18-month Erasmus+ project MenoPower – Fostering Menopause-Inclusive Workplaces is to advance equitable, inclusive, and menopause-friendly workplaces. Through education, awareness-raising, and institutional change, the project empowers menopausal women and prepares companies to support them. MenoPower drives cultural change surrounding menopause by establishing creative learning spaces for peer interaction and co-creating training materials with partners. The project supports EU objectives to guarantee diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace by improving adult education, encouraging digital outreach, and battling stigma.
