The MIGRANTS HEALTH APPS project aims to increase the competences of Migrants for using Health applications. This project could facilitate individuals managing their own conditions benefiting from prevention measures. People will therefore monitor their health, adapt their lifestyle, and even interact with their doctors, carers or support receiving and providing feedback.
