The aim of this project is to empower women to be aware of their own capabilities and become agents of change in their communities. This will be achieved by providing them a supportive intercultural, inclusive, and sustainable learning environment and by giving them the opportunity to tackle the issue of gender equality directly.

• Contribute to acquiring a thorough understanding of specific approaches, methodologies, and tools that will effectively engage with young women in developing policy solutions aimed at making local and national communities more cohesive, inclusive, and sustainable.
• Involve local and national public authorities and policymakers in the development of formal and informal training and awareness solutions for promoting gender equality at the local policy and community levels.
• Promote an alternative, interactive, and engaging narration of gender through offline and online campaigns, aiming to challenge gender stereotypes and promote a new approach towards local policy development, more inclusive and gender neutral.
