XAIXOUI (pronounced “Hi Hoo-ee”) has set out to redefine inclusion through action. A joint initiative by RESET, YPARXO, and Ablebook, it was founded on the shared belief that everyone should feel welcome and included.

For its first initiative, XAIXOUI set up a fully accessible summer camp – the first of its kind in Cyprus. Welcoming young people with and without physical disabilities, the camp offered three days full of hands-on experiences, from participatory workshops to scuba diving to mosaic-making and sport tournaments. With accessibility being built into every aspect, participants were able to connect, learn and have fun, without any barriers.

Moving forward, XAIXOUI’s mission is to continue creating fun experiences that are open to all, with accessibility acting as the foundation for all its actions.
