What you will learn in this course
Through interactive activities, you will learn to recognize the different types of gambling and the differences between recreational drug use and addiction, as well as the negative effects of pathological use on the individual and their environment.
The workshop offers practical approaches that young people can take to minimise and manage risky behaviours to prevent drug, alcohol and gambling addiction. It will cover the most important skills and techniques for building resilience in young people.
