Inclusive, equitable, and menopause-friendly workplaces

Most workplaces in Cyprus offer little to no menopause training, leading to a lack of manager awareness, poor employee support, significant career impacts (like women leaving jobs), and missed productivity, despite menopause being a common life stage affecting performance, confidence, and well-being. Our ongoing Menopower initiative is here to change that.

Together with MITRA Cyprus Menopause Centre, we are hosting an Employer Training on Menopause in the Workplace. An interactive online session designed for employers, HR professionals and workplace decision-makers who want higher engagement, stronger morale, improved productivity, and reduced turnover. This training is about equity, retention, and responsible leadership.
